He arrived inside the expected time frame, and was wearing a face mask and shoe coverings. It did not take him long to find the problem and make a temporary fix and order a new part. I explained that the furnace was less than 5 years old and has FAILED 4 or 5 times and each time I had to pay for the service call which I thought was wrong. He made this one right. I have zero complaints.

I found that the 80% OEM inducer motor and OEM direct drive blower motor with capacitor will need replaced. Due to cost of repairs, age and condition of Bryant gas furnace, I recommend replacing unit. Customer will decide whether to repair or replace.
