We had an inspection done on our gas furnace and A/C unit after moving into a new home. The tech noted a few issues, and was able to fix the ones that needed done right away within the same visit as well as let us know which could safely wait. Would definitely recommend.

Our technician Mike was very professional and honest. He offered his suggestion regarding whether to repair or replace our 15 year old unit. He explained the pricing and his overall demeanor was low pressure. We had another estimate immediately after with Logan Heating and Cooling. It was awful. He immediately quoted a price much higher and implied the entire unit including the furnace needed to be replaced. Which is not the case. It was obvious that he was only sales driven not originally offering us all our options until we mentioned already receiving a quote from your company. We immediately called your technician Mike back and purchased a new unit. We feel confident we made the right decision. We appreciate Mike's professionalism, because it made our choice clear.
We Replaced the Compressor-Motor Surge Capacitor on a 2010 Comfortmaker
The 2002 Bryant Unit not cooling, Unit kicked on three minutes after call for cooling. Unit has electric company box on it. When in proper operation, unit has one green led. When tripped, has yellow and red led. Customer calling electric company. Will call us for continuation if needed
