We just had a problem with our furnace right before Christmas that they fixed. Then we woke up on New Years day with a new problem. We made an appointment for the new problem, and once the part was ready they came back out and fixed it again. The service has been great each time.

This was the follow up visit with the parts that needed fixed. The techs found out that we only needed one and not the second after all; so we got refunded for the second part. They replaced the part and we immediately started getting heat. They did a great overall job.

I installed customer provided Sensi thermostat and rewired system to operate with the new thermostat. I tested heat, tested cool and tested the humidifier. Everything is working properly at this time.

While performing a tune up on a 2009 Comfortmaker gas furnace, I replaced motor surge capacitor that was going bad. I also advised customer to replace humidifier pad soon. Everything is working properly upon departure.
